Going by the vision of the University to be one of the best in adopting ICT in learning by means of providing lecturers and students with a technology that is rich physically and online learning environment that is designed to appreciate diverse teaching and learning style preferences and accommodating the diversity of its users.

Our mission is to integrate ICT in all aspects of Teaching, Learning, Research and Community Development endeavours by providing, coordinating and facilitating the use of ICT in all activities of the university in order to accelerate change.
